McKeesport, Pa. - The 2016 Penn State Greater Allegheny Recruit Day was a huge success for the Greater Allegheny campus as well as the Athletic Department on Saturday afternoon.

What an outstanding event for the Greater Allegheny community to interact with the up and coming freshman class.

"It was great to see our athletes interacting with Lion prospects," said head volleyball coach Tracy Gibbs.

With a full day from a meet and greet, informational presentations, lunch and a nail-biting Penn State University Athletic Conference battle in Wunderley Gymnasum, the Greater Allegheny campus welcomed the largest group of hopeful prospects with their families that the administration has seen yet.

A huge thank you to everyone who was involved in the day! We look forward to continuing our success and to welcome new student-athletes to the GA campus!
