Greater Allegheny Baseball Drops Double-Header to Point Park

Pittsburgh, Pa. - The Penn State Greater Allegheny men's baseball team traveled to face Point Park, Wednesday afternoon, where GA found themselves short in a 4-3 bout alongside a 9-2 decision in a rain-shortened contest.

GA extended their lead when Ambros reached home on an error following freshman infielder Brian Casiano's (San Juan, Puerto Rico/International Baseball Academy) moved to second base on a throwing error by second base. Junior infielder Aaron McGee (Harrison City, Pa./Harrison City) singled to left field to bring home Casiano, Greater Allegheny leading 3-0.

The second game began with junior right-handed pitcher Matt Klena (Glenshaw, Pa./Shaler) on the mound.
