State College, Pa. - The Penn State Greater Allegheny men's baseball team and coaching staff were recognized by the Penn State University Athletic Conference in the All-Conference Awards for their impressive efforts in the 32-12, 20-0 PSUAC 2013-14 season.

Sophomore left-handed pitcher Zachary Krivda (McKeesport, Pa./McKeesport) earned himself the First-Team All-Conference accolade, as he pitched 58 innings for a 6-3 overall record. He threw 71 strikes for a season overall of a 3.09 ERA.

Sophomore outfielder Jose Pablo Bonilla (Coto Laurel, Puerto Rico/Academia Santa Maria) was honored with the First-Team All-Conference accolade, as he assisted his team both in the outfield as well as the batters box. The outfielder played in all 42 games, earning 60 putouts and two double-plays. With 122 at bats, Bonilla scored 48 runs on 55 hits alongside batting in 40 others. He hammered eleven doubles, four triples and five home runs to give him an average of .451.

Senior first baseman Adam Wehr (Orefield, Pa./Northwestern Lehigh) earned himself the First-Team All-Conference award for his efforts both at first base as well as at the plate. Wehr had 187 putouts in 39 games played. He assisted in 13 plays as well as contributing his efforts in 13 double plays. Wehr stepped up to the plate for 120 at bats, connecting on 46 hits and scoring 28 times. He had 24 RBIs with 16 doubles and four homeruns for an overall average of .383.

Senior right-handed pitcher Braedon Pennington (Punxsutawney, Pa./Mercyhurst) earned himself the Second-Team All-Conference award as he appeared in many different areas for Greater Allegheny. On the mound, the righty went 6-3 through 57 innings. He threw 66 strikes with an overall ERA of 1.72. Pennington played in the outfield, where he had 32 putouts where he assisted in 13 other plays. With 63 at bats, Pennington had 17 hits with seven runs scored, batting in eleven more. He hit five doubles with an overall average of .270. 

After a successful season on the bump for Greater Allegheny, Braedon was honored as the Penn State University Athletic Conference Pitcher of the Year. Greater Allegheny head coach Jim Chester was also recognized as Coach of the Year by the conference, as he led his team to a 32-12, 20-0 PSUAC successful show-out.
