University Park, Pa. - After throwing seven innings in the 8-3 victory over CCAC-Boyce, Penn State Greater Allegheny freshman right-handed pitcher Luke Padezan (Elizabeth, Pa./Elizabeth Forward) earned himself the Penn State University Athletic Conference Baseball Pitcher of the Week through March 31, 2015.

Padezan allowed just one hit through 26 batters faced to hold CCAC-Boyce scoreless in the first seven innings of his first start in his career as a Greater Allegheny Lion. The right-hander pitched 12 strike-outs as he threw 66 strikes on 103 total pitches. With the win, Padezan registered his second win for Penn State Greater Allegheny on the pitchers mound.
