Houghton, NY- In their second of two games in the Turkey Drive Classic, the Greater Allegheny men's basketball team suffered an 80-44 setback at the hands of Alfred College.
Junior forward Nick Dizon (Rankin, PA) led GA in scoring with 12 points and six rebounds, with freshman guard Rakim Reedy (Philadelphia, PA) also notching double-figures, with 11. Junior forward Aaron Byrd (Upper Malboro, MD) narrowly missed a double-double, by scoring eight points and grabbing 13 rebounds.
The defeat drops Greater Allegheny's record to 2-3 overall. The men will now have an 11 day break from on-court action, and will return on November 28 for an 8 PM game against PSUAC foe, Penn State New Kensington.
