Du Bois, PA- Three Greater Allegheny (5-11, 2-7 PSUAC) men's basketball players recorded double-doubles, but they could not halt an explosive Penn State Du Bois offense, falling in the PSUAC contest, 84-70.
Junior forward Aaron Byrd (Upper Malboro, MD) led the trio of double-doubles with 24 points and 12 rebounds. Sophomore forward Petrie Addison (Fort Myers, FL) picked up his second double-double in just five games, notching 19 points and 11 rebounds, while junior forward Nick Dizon (Rankin, PA) was the third musketeer, scoring 14 points and grabbing 12 rebounds.
GA will look to get back on track next Tuesday, January 22 when they travel to Penn State New Kensington. The PSUAC game starts at 7 PM.
