PSUAC AWARDS

Rookie of the Week 4

Mason Haffa, Penn State Greater Allegheny

Mason Haffa scored one goal in the team's 4-0 victory over Penn State Hazleton on Sunday. He had tallied three goals, two assists and eight shots on goal for the season. Penn State Greater Allegheny (3-4, 2-1) returns to action against Penn State Beaver on Sept. 28.

Men's Soccer Player of the Week 4

Mason Haffa, Penn State Greater Allegheny

Midfielder Mason Haffa scored three goals and added two assists for Penn State Greater Allegheny this week.  Haffa's week was highlighted by a two-goal, one-assist performance in his team's 11-1 victory over Penn State Wilkes-Barre on Sept. 21. Haffa is now up to four goals on the season, good for second-most goals on his squad. Haffa and his teammates return to the pitch at Penn State Beaver on Sept. 28.

Men's Soccer Defender/Goalie of the Week 4

Gino Penascino, Penn State Greater Allegheny

Penn State Greater Allegheny's Gino Penascino recorded his first career goal — a game-winner — in a 4-0 win over Penn State Hazleton on Sunday.  The center back helped his defense allow only one goal In two games over the weekend, earning a shutout in the second match. Penn State Greater Allegheny will return to action on Sept. 28 when it takes on Penn State Beaver.
