GA Women's Soccer Holds La Roche College to Nil through Halftime

Pittsburgh, Pa. - The Penn State Greater Allegheny women's soccer team went up against La Roche College, Thursday afternoon, where GA held La Roche to 0-0 through halftime, ending regulation at a mark of 3-0, La Roche.

The first half saw huge contribution from sophomore goaltender Kristina Dague (Pittsburgh, Pa./Woodland Hills), as she faced eight shots with three saves to keep the game at a 0-0 mark to enter halftime. 

A fresh squad entered the game for La Roche in the second half of the match. Dague got peppered in goal through the second-half with 22 shots, recording six saves. La Roche managed three goals in the second half of the game, holding Greater Allegheny to none.

GA achieved three shots through regulation, as sophomore midfielder Rachel Ramsey (North Versailles, Pa./East Allegheny) aimed one on target.

Greater Allegheny (3-5, 2-0 PSUAC) looks forward to their last match of the season, as Mercyhurst North East comes to Francis McClure in White Oak, Saturday morning, for an 11:00 a.m. kick-off.
