The 2018-2019 season will be Zach Ressler's first with the Penn State Greater Allegheny Volleyball program. The senior Information Science and Technology Major at PSUGA has over eight years of experience coaching and managing at the middle school, high school, and college level.

Prior to joining the PSUGA Volleyball staff, Ressler served as the head coach for the Carnegie Mellon Men's and Women's Club Volleyball team from 2014-2015. He also served as a team manager for Franklin & Marshall College's Men's and Women's Volleyball team from 2007-2012. Ressler got his start in volleyball coaching in the Hempfield School district where he served as a coach for the elementary school, middle school, and high school volleyball teams from 2007-2012.

Ressler graduated from Hempfield high school in 2011 where he was a four year member of the volleyball team serving as an outside hitter. He would then take his talents to Penn State where he would play on the club team as a libero from 2012-2014.
