PSUGA Fan Code of Conduct
The Penn State Greater Allegheny Athletic Department strives to create the best Gameday experience possible for its student-athletes, coaches, staff, and fans. To make this possible, we ask for your cooperation in following these guidelines to make each game an enjoyable experience for those involved:
- Treat all fans, athletes, officials, and school personnel in a respectful and positive manner at all times
- Any obscene or abusive language, gesturing, signage, or behavior directed at athletes, officials, team personnel, or other fans is strictly prohibited. Additionally anyone wearing what is deemed to be obscene or indecent clothing or other materials will not be admitted into the venue
- Verbal or physical confrontation is strictly prohibited inside all PSUGA Athletic Facilities
- Disruptive or Illegal actions that impede on game play including throwing objects on the playing surface or unauthorized trespassing onto the playing surface or other restricted area is grounds for removal from the site of competition
- Consumption of Alcohol or tobacco products are strictly prohibited at all PSUGA Athletic events. If you are noticeably impaired by drugs or alcohol prior to the event you will not be admitted into the venue.
- Interfering with or a failure to abide by emergency or security procedures will result in a removal from the event
Any fan who does not follow these guidelines is subject to ejection from the event and/or arrest and prosecution
Please be sure to follow all guidelines of off-campus event venues as well as those listed above.
The Penn State University Athletic Conference and PSUGA Athletics promote and emphasis good sportsmanship by its student-athletes, coaches, and spectators. We encourage your cooperation by supporting the participants and officials in a positive manner. Profane, Racial, and sexist comments, or other intimidating actions, directed at officials, student-athletes, coaches, team representatives or other spectators will not be tolerated and are grounds for removal from the site of competition. We also remind you that the use of alcoholic beverages and tobacco products are strictly prohibited.
