Nicole “Nikki” Davis joins PSUGA as a part-time athletic trainer. Nikki worked at PSUGA directly after her graduate studies in 2018-2020. Nikki received her bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Chatham University in 2015. She went on to receive her Master’s in Athletic Training from Gannon University in 2018. During her time at Gannon, she had the privilege of working in professional sports including the Detroit Tigers Double-A affiliate Erie Seawolves and Ontario Hockey League Erie Otters.
Nikki has a diverse background in Sports Medicine working with pro athletes, college athletes, children, and all forms of athletes. She has worked at both Division III and Division I athletics as an athletic trainer. She has numerous experience at the high school setting and has worked with Pittsburgh Ballet and experience with the Pittsburgh Steelers. Outside of her time with GA, she serves as an orthopedic extender.
Nikki is certified and licensed by the State Board of Medicine. She is CPR, First-Aid, BLS certified. Nikki is also cupping and IASTM-Gavilan certified. She has a strong background in strength and conditioning and is also certified as a Performance Enhancement Specialist.
