Baseball prepares to host PS-Greater Allegheny
Lemont Furnace, PA - The Penn State Fayette Department of Athletics is excited to announce the home opener for Fayette Baseball (held at Hutchinson Ball Park, Hopwood, PA) - marking our first competitive home event in over a year! Join us in wishing the baseball team good luck as they host our visiting competitors from PS-Greater Allegheny at 5:30pm.
We're also excited to announce the new interactive QR feature as part of your gameday experience. Though physical copies will not be provided on-site, we are pleased to announce that those following the game live or remotely, can access the gameday program electronically by scanning the QR code found on-site and on the game-day flyers using any QR scanning or iPhone camera app. This program includes additional event, team, and season information to supplement your game-day experience.
We also want to remind all spectators of the following COVID-19 Health and Safety Protocols enforced at all home games:
- Spectators are required to wear masks at all times while attending a Pennsylvania State University Athletic Conference (PSUAC) event.
- Spectators are required to observe social distancing guidelines by remaining six feet apart from others except those in their household.
- No spectators will be allowed in the Designated Team AND Roped off areas.
- Spectators shall remain, at minimum, twelve feet behind the Designated Team Area.
- No spectators will be allowed to interact with any athlete, coach, or staff.
- Spectators should bring their own chairs to the venue. Seating is not available.
