Greater Allegheny Fall Student-Athletes Named to USCAA National Lists

Newport News, Va. - Through the fall season of sports, four Penn State Greater Allegheny student-athletes were named to the United States Collegiate Athletic Association National All-Academic and All-American lists.

GA men's soccer freshman midfielder Ricardo Dip (Guaynabo, Puerto Rico/Commonwealth) placed among the USCAA Men's Soccer Honorable Mention All-American student-athletes for his stand-out effort for his team through the PSUAC title run, where his team finished in second place.

At the 2015 USCAA National Championships banque, the following players were honored on the National All-Academic team. These student-athletes are awarded for having at least a 3.5 GPA and sophmore standing or higher. 

Two Greater Allegheny women's soccer players, sophomore midfielder Albree Weisen (Pittsburgh, Pa./Carrick) and sophomore goalkeeper Jen Keefer (Elizabeth, Pa./Elizabeth Forward), earned the All-Academic honor for their work in the classroom and on the field.

Sophomore right side Emily Taylor (Aliquippa, Pa./Lincoln Park Performing Arts Charter) also received the All-Academic honor, this time for women's volleyball, for her efforts on the team.
