Greater Allegheny Baseball Stand-Out Visloski to Play in California Winter League
McKeesport, Pa. - Penn State Greater Allegheny baseball alumni, Mike Visloski, travels to California in his attempt to further his baseball career in the California Winter League.
McKeesport, Pa. - Penn State Greater Allegheny baseball alumni, Mike Visloski, travels to the west coast in his attempt to further his baseball career within the California Winter League.
The California League is known for holding a premier Class "A" League in Minor League Baseball to try and gain Major League Baseball attention.
Visloski is currently playing for the Oregon Lumberjacks. With five games played, he's been at bat eleven times with a .273 batting average. He's managed three hits with two runs batted in over his short stint.
Visloski, the Penn State Greater Allegheny baseball alumni, holds several GA records in the books. Just to name a few, he holds the highest batting average (.595 / 66-for-111), highest slugging percentage (.829 / 111 at bats), highest on base percentage (.667 / 111 at bats), most at bats (163), most hits (66), most runs batted in (40), and most total bases (92).
