(Butler, PA)
Jordan Willams was the star of the show in the second game of Sunday's doubleheader at Pullman Park that saw Greater Allegheny Baseball win their first game of the season 8-2 over D'Youville College.
The senior from McKeesport, PA dazzled with a complete game, 4 strikeout performance, giving up only 1 earned run.
Williams wasn't alone, Justin Scheibner grabbed 3 stolen bases, Vinnie Martin and Cade Suddreth each added 2 RBI's in the win.
This was a good bounce back for GA after dropping Saturday's home opener 11-6 in frigid conditions when a 9th inning comeback fell short and game 1 of Sunday's doubleheader where GA fell 20-4.
Greater Allegheny plays next Saturday at home against CCAC at 12pm and 3pm. Then, they are off to Myrtle Beach for a week of spring break baseball in the Ripken Classic.
