Titusville, Pa- Led by junior forward Nick Dizon's (Rankin, PA) 23 points, Greater Allegheny (5-7, 2-3 PSUAC) used its deep bench and a 48-35 rebounding advantage to pummel Pitt-Titusville, 77-49.
Forward Petrie Addison tallied a double-double with 18 points and 10 rebounds, in his first game for the GA men. Freshman guard Chris Dixon (Homestead, PA) added nine points, while fellow freshman guard Eric Cottman (Philadelphia, PA) and junior forward Aaron Byrd (Upper Malboro, MD) each chipped in with seven points. GA flexed the muscle of their deep bench, as their reserves outscored Titusville 27-9.
The Greater Allegheny men will return to action this Friday, January 11 for a PSUAC contest against Penn State York. Tip is set for 8 PM.
