Penn State Greater Allegheny Men's Soccer

The Penn State Greater Allegheny men's soccer team went 2-0 in conference play last week. During the stretch, team outscored opponents 11-2, as they improve to 7-5 overall. The first game was a hard-fought 3-1 win against Penn State Scranton, and the second game was a dominating 8-1 win over Penn State Schuylkill. Greater Allegheny returns to the field Oct. 10 against Penn State New Kensington.

Chris Klinger had five saves and allowed just two goals in Penn State Greater Allegheny's two conference wins this weekend. Klinger, a team captain and former all-conference and All-America honoree, has been an important part of helping the team to a 7-5 record this season.
