Penn State Greater Allegheny ran into some good pitching Sunday afternoon against Penn State Mont Alto, dropping both games of a double header by the scores of 18-0 and 14-1.
In game 1, left fielder JoLane Jordan got the lone hit and knocked in the only run of the game for GA. Starting pitcher Sydney McMullen scored the run, after being hit by a pitch. McMullen suffered the loss for GA, pitching 5 innings.
Game 2 didn't go much better for Greater Allegheny's bats, as they failed to record a hit. Sam Segiel and JoLane Jordan split the pitching duties for GA.
Penn State Greater Allegheny is back in action next Sunday, April 10th, as they travel to Penn College for a double header. First pitch of the twin bill is at 2:00 PM.
