Wrestling Overpowers Beaver in 30-12 Victory

Monaca, Pa- The Greater Allegheny wrestling team used pins from freshman Genkie Stoutamire (Waldorf, MD) and sophomore Andre Ellis (Munhall, PA) to cruise to a 30-12 victory over Penn State Beaver.

  Freshman Erik Rayman (North Huntingdon, PA) and sophomore Tyler McElhany (State College, PA) each picked up forfeit wins at 149 and 174, respectively, with sophomores Matt Lago (Jeannette, PA) and Tyler Spencer (Pittsburgh, PA) earning victories by decisions- Lago 8-2 and Spencer 6-4. 

  The PSUAC win improves Greater Allegheny's record to 3-3 overall and 2-2 in conference matches.  GA will now take a long hiatus until after Christmas break, and will next participate in the Waynesburg open on January 5.
