Wrestling Falls to Penn College 39-16

McKeesport, Pa- In their first PSUAC match of the new year, the Greater Allegheny (3-4, 2-3 PSUAC) wrestling team suffered a 39-16 defeat at the hands of visiting Penn College.

  Freshman Erik Rayman (North Huntingdon, PA) pinned his opponent in the 149 lb match, increasing his season record to 14-2 overall.  Fellow freshman, Genkie Stoutamire (Waldorf, MD), earned a major decision in his bout at 184 lbs, by a score of 11-2.

Next on the slate for Greater Allegheny is the Mt. Union open, this Sunday, January 20.
