Women's Soccer Drops to Lincoln in First Home Game

Norwin, Pa. - The Penn State Greater Allegheny women's soccer team welcomed the Lincoln (Pa.) Lions to Turner Valley Thursday afternoon for GA's first home contest.

Freshman goaltender Nana Kennedy-Kwofie (Kenya) posted 13 saves through the seventy minutes of play. Freshman Taylor Bayes (Grove City, Ohio/Grove City) alongside Betel Gebremanaged a shot on goal, one in each half.

Despite Greater Allegheny's efforts, the women went on to fall to Lincoln 8-0.

GA looks onward to Sunday as they host a double-header with Penn College for a PSUAC conference match-up. Women play first at Francis McClure at 1 p.m.
