Ghiloni graduated from Granville High School where she served as a four-year starter for the Blue Aces. She led her team to the OHSAA championships, where they finished as runner-ups, in her senior season. She led the team with 500 assists while racking up 41 digs. She also made it to the Elite 8 during her junior season.
