Mont Alto, Pa. - The Penn State Greater Allegheny men's cross country team raced in the Penn State University Athletic Conference Invitational at Penn State Mont Alto, Saturday afternoon.

The Penn State Mont Alto Invitational hosted an 8k, where two Greater Allegheny runners competed. Sophomore Michael Risear (Harrison City, Pa./Penn-Trafford) finished 11th in 34:42 while freshman Fernando Leira followed him up in 13th overall in 35:40.

Greater Allegheny takes a break from the PSUAC and travels to Frostburg State for a 10 a.m. start time, next Saturday.
