Freshman (2018-19):
Plez came on as one of the premier talents for the PSUGA Track & Field team during his freshman year. He qualified for the USCAA National Tournament in four different events, long jump;100-Meter Dash; 200-Meter Dash; and 4X400 Meter Relay, while medaling in one. Plez currently holds the program record in the 100-Meter Dash and Long Jump for his efforts during his freshman year.

Plez graduated from Northeast High School where he was a member of the indoor and outdoor track & field team.
