Fulton and Addison Clean Up Player of the Week Honors

State College, Pa. - Senior point guard Taylor Fulton (Duquesne, Pa./West Mifflin) and junior guard Petrie Addison (Fort Myers, Fla./Florida Christian) earn themselves honorary awards for their efforts for the Penn State Greater Allegheny men's and women's basketball teams for the week of February 3-9, 2014.

Fulton shared the Penn State University Athletic Conference accolade with Penn State Worthington Scranton's Jess Segilia. The co-student athlete of the week racked up the award as she assisted her team to two victories. The point guard continued to fill the stat sheet as she nearly averaged a triple-double with 19.5 points, 7.5 rebounds and 10 assists per game.  She also tallied five steals per contest, and currently leads the PSUAC in both assists (9.1) and steals (5.5) per game.

Addison nabbed not only the Penn State University Athletic Conference Student-Athlete of the Week award but also the United States Collegiate Athletic Association Player of the Week for his contributions to a stellar 3-0 conference bout for GA. The powerhouse averaged a double-double in a perfect 3-0 week with 27.7 points and 14.3 rebounds per game. His week was highlighted by a 38 point, 13 rebounds performance on fan appreciation night in Penn State New Kensington, where GA shutdown their opponent, 85-74. Petrie currently holds first place in the PSUAC and fourth in the USCAA with 23.9 points per game alongside first place in the PSUAC and second in rebounds per game with 11.8 averaged.
