Jordon Payne Picks up Third Straight USCAA All-American AwardMarch 03, 2019The USCAA announced their annual all-american award winners Sunday and for the third straight season, Jordon Payne was honored. Payne was named a second-team all-american after averaging just under 19 points per game and leading the PSUGA offense.
